All on a new performance version of our Neodynamic™ propulsion-plate midsole. Lighter. Even springier – it's innovative wishbone-shaped inner plate gives multi-directional propulsion, working with how the foot naturally moves (side to side as well as forward/back). More cushioned, in the highest-rebound impact-reducing EVA we've ever used. With an enhanced toe spring/heel kick for a smoother ride. In a flexible yet stable women's specific design, maximising comfort and running efficiency (so you use less energy and can keep going longer). If our FFRunner™ doesn't get you running, nothing will. Note: These are engineered for a woman's anatomy/gait, not just a sized-down men's running shoes. Other features: Superlight flexible knitted tongue. Anatomically contoured footbed for superb arch support & pressure diffusion. Sole flares out at forefoot & heel to increase stability. Light rubber outsole pods with extra grip & wear resistance for endurance running (grip suited to country paths/light trails).
