    I wanted to love this dress and I have been checking daily for my size to be available. The sparkle and color are just gorgeous. I didn't want to believe the reviews but its true. the top is soo short. the waist fell well above my belly button and literally inches below my chest. I thought ok maybe i can try to make this work as a high waisted but it just looked too frumpy. I returned it and Im sad cuz this would be so nice to have in my closet.     Very pretty! Runs large for sure. I could have sized down to a medium from a large. As others have reported, the waist line is not the same as on the model. The model makes it look like it hits just above the hips, but in reality it hits at the natural waist. Not empire, natural waist. It defies logic why it looks so low on the model.
