This T-shirt was a completely different colour to what showed on the internet, the photo on the website was a bright green, what I received was a duller green. I had previously bought one instore so knew this must be a website error. I emailed and they said they would make sure the warehouse knew of the issue. I asked for a swap for the correct one or I was happy to keep the duller olive green one but really I wanted the bright green one too, happy to pay the extra. They offered me my money back and didn’t respond to my questions regarding getting the bright green so I asked again…no reply. I ended up trying to order the tshirt again in hope of getting the right one next time around as hopefully the website and warehouse issue had been fixed. I got the duller green again, so I then asked for a refund, which I got…but they charged me for them to collect it! Despite it being their error! Thankfully, after having to contact them yet again I did finally get the postage back, with very little in the way of an apology. It has really put me off ordering online with Next again, hence the 1 star. Love your products, do not love your customer service.
